REGISTER FOR SPYRC
Two registrations are required for every player: Rugby Xplorer registration and SPYRC seasonal club registration through Cheddar Up. Complete Rugby Xplorer first.
SEASONAL REGISTRATION STATUS
SPRING 15s — REGISTRATION CLOSED
Spring registration is currently closed. Updated dates, fees, and the active Cheddar Up link will be posted before the next Spring season.
FALL 7s — NOW OPEN
Fall 2026 club registration is now open.
STEP 1 — REGISTER WITH RUGBY XPLORER
Create or sign in to your Rugby Xplorer account, then register under Southern Pines Youth Rugby Club. Rugby Xplorer supports national and regional membership requirements, including participant insurance coverage. It is separate from SPYRC club fees. Click here to register.
CURRENT RUGBY XPLORER FEES
Youth and high school players: $73.80
Rookies (U6 and U8): $20.79
Coaches and match officials: $83.16
Administrators and volunteers: $51.98
Taxes and processing charges may be added during checkout.
Rugby Xplorer registration is intended to remain valid through the following August 31. If a registration completed near the beginning of August shows an earlier expiration date, email Rugby Xplorer support to request correction.
STEP 2 — COMPLETE SPYRC CLUB REGISTRATION
After Rugby Xplorer is complete, submit the separate seasonal SPYRC registration and club fee through Cheddar Up. Both registrations are mandatory. Click here to register for Fall 7s.
FALL 2026 ELIGIBILITY
Fall 7s is open to returning U16 and U19 boys and girls. The ability to field each girls’ team depends on registration numbers.
PRACTICE BEFORE REGISTRATION
Practice attendance before registration may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Contact club officials before attending. Both registrations must ultimately be completed.
