Practice Information:

January 14th, 2026 - May 2026

• Mondays and Wednesdays

• U10: Cannon Park 5:30-6:45 pm

• U12: Rassie Wicker Park 5:30-6:45 pm

• U14 Girls: Cannon Park 5:30-6:45 pm

• U14 Boys: Cannon Park 6:45-8:30 pm

  U10: aged 9 and under, co-ed

  U12: aged 11 and under, co-ed

  U14: 13 years and under, NOT co-ed

Teams at this level participate in full-contact competition, with tournaments generally scheduled on Sundays. Games will be hosted in Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, Clayton, and at our home field during the season. Participation is open to both boys and girls, and prior experience is not required.

Players must be in the appropriate age group as of September 1, 2025.
